Yuan Zhang (b.1992, Yunnan) is a writer based in Berlin.
She was raised among diverse ethnocultures, natural landscapes, primal beliefs and lore; childhood interests were also nurtured by cosmos, music, and drawing.
Yuan archived her later Shanghai memories as a lucid past life. For over 4 years, she wrote, managed projects and curated events for clubs, labels, listening bars, art museums, magazines, bookstore, and creative organizations.
Currently, Yuan is writing for herself.
In parallel, she is in her second academic engagement in psychology, complemented by independent studies in Buddhology and Jungian-informed trauma studies .
She curates her label/platform ÖÖÖ and the radio series Tviat.
